- Final paperwork and costs are being processed by the contractor and the architect. Parties are working towards final acceptance.
Facilities

- Paving is complete on the South 332nd Street and 13th Avenue South extensions. Paving is complete and the road is open at South 336th Street. The county continues working on the timing of the new signal there.
- All the windows are now installed on the transportation and maintenance building. Furniture is being installed. Maintenance equipment is now operational. The facility should be ready for staff to move in at the end of February.
- Site work is underway on the new central kitchen.
